The Nearshoring Group began with a recognized need to help nearshoring manufacturers beyond the initial stages of site selection and incentives negotiations. We realized that clients need much more help once they have found a location that meets critical project needs.

Our Mission is to provide our clients with all of the necessary resources to determine the optimal facilities strategy, select the best location given critical client parameters, and deliver integrated service offerings to ensure timely, conflict-free occupancy of manufacturing, distribution and office real estate anywhere in the Americas.
Vision
Combining the expertise of Nearshoring Group team members with decades of corporate relocation and expansion experience along with regional experts and project managers, the Nearshoring Group believes that collaboration is the key to success. The goal is to provide a seamless experience to our clients from initial strategic analysis to occupancy and beyond.
